WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As our Business Operations Intern (m/f/x), you'll be at the heart of our growth story, driving operational excellence across departments while gaining invaluable startup experience. This isn't just an internship - it's your chance to contribute meaningfully to Europe's green transition.
Your profile
Essential:
- Currently pursuing Business, Management, Informatics, or related degree
- Natural problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and an execution mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent work environments
- Solid grasp of overall business processes (specifically, Finance and HR) and their interconnections
- IT understanding (e.g., low-/no-code, databases)
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Familiarity with startup-focused platforms like Personio, Qonto, Payhawk, ...
