WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Customer Growth Associate (m/f/x) to accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial instinct, outstanding people skills, and the hunger to pursue and close high-impact deals. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, leading strategic conversations, and helping us shape the future of battery recycling through bold and visionary sales approaches.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads across relevant industries with a sharp, opportunity-driven mindset.
  • Lead customer conversations by aligning our solutions with their business needs and long-term vision.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and successful delivery of services.
  • Track sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback to inform strategy and improve lead conversion.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and customer meetings to drive visibility and build trust.
Your profile
  • 2+ years of track record in sales, business development, or customer growth roles, ideally in the commodity, recycling, or industrial sectors.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - a natural “shark” with a customer-first mentality.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a relentless drive to acquire and convert customer leads.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, pitch solutions strategically, and close deals with long-term impact.
  • Skilled in managing multiple customer conversations while maintaining structure, follow-up, and clear communication.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Fluent business English and German skills.
