Now, we’re looking for a sharp, driven Sales Manager to help us scale into new industries and customer segments.
You’ll identify, reach, and win new customers in sectors like cement, ceramics, glass, and lubricants. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed deals, helping us bring circular battery materials into hard-to-abate sectors.
If you’ve sold to SMBs, navigated industrial sales cycles, and have experience in commodity or raw material markets, this is your chance to sell something with purpose and serious potential.
Drive new business in industrial sectors like cement, ceramics, glass, lubricants
Own the entire sales cycle: from cold outreach to closing
Build and manage a pipeline of SMB and mid-market accounts
Develop tailored pitches and proposals that meet each customer’s sustainability and innovation goals
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, etc.) to deliver winning solutions
Represent tozero in sales meetings, calls, and industry events
Stay curious: identify new market segments and revenue opportunities
6–15 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into SMBs or mid-sized industrial clients
Proven track record of negotiation and winning new business
Experience in commodity sales (e.g. sand, metals, materials), best case in Lithium Sales
Native-level German and business-fluent English
Strong communicator with a high-energy, extroverted presence, hunter mentality
